The first season for Hathaway Brown soccer coach Carmen Ptacek was a good one even though the sting of losing, 2-1, in double overtime to Canfield in a Division II regional semifinal may still hurt. The Hathaway Brown soccer team ran away with its seventh straight district title as the Blazers knocked out Lake Catholic, 4-1, in a Division II contest at University School's upper campus.
