Hawken School girls soccer team gets three first team All-Chagrin Valley Conference Chagrin Division players

The Hawken School girls soccer team just finished off the best season in school history and that was reflected in the Chagrin Valley Conference postseason awards. The Hawks, who won the Chagrin Division, advanced to the Division III state semifinals. Hawken's Stan Shulman was named Coach of the Year while the Hawks are the only team with three first team players selected. The Hawks on the first team are senior Courtney Yoke, junior Mackenzie Lesnick and senior Sydney Hanzlik.  Full Story »

Hawken School girls soccer team enjoys best season in school history

The best run in school history ended for the Hawken School girls soccer team as the Hawks lost, 1-0, to Ontario in a Division III state semifinal match at Revere High School. The Hawks had never won a district title before so coach Stan Shulman saw the Hawks go farther than anyone in school history. Their season ended at 13-5-2.  Full Story »
