Medina Girls Varsity Doubles Match

Medina held it's second annual girl's doubles tennis tournament today on a beautiful Saturday morning at Medina High School Courts. Seven teams including Medina competed in today's event. Solon and Cuyahoga Valley Christian Academy again battled each other for bragging rights but it was Solon who pulled away to win the title. There were battles on all courts and impressive shots by all the teams and only a point seperated the rest of the pack.

The following teams finished in the following order by points: Solon-30, CVCA-25, Highland-19, Cuyahoga Falls-18, Green-17, Medina-16 and Strongsville-15.

Medina will be hosting the Junior Varsity Girl's Tournament next Saturday at 9 AM at Medina's courts.
