Parma High School outlasts North Royalton High in thriller
,
Parma held on to defeat North Royalton, 47-41, in a Northeast Ohio Conference Lake Division football battle Friday night at Byers Field.
The Redmen, winners of three straight, improve to 6-3 on the season while North Royalton suffers its first loss.
Trailing by two with under four minutes remaining, the Redmen jumped on top of an onside kick and converted it into a score to take the lead. The Bears, down by six, drove the length of the field but were stopped in the red zone.
