Kickoff: Southwestern Conference game, 7:30 p.m., Amherst High School, 450 Washington St., Amherst. Call 440-988-4433.
Records: Olmsted Falls, 6-2, 5-0; Amherst, 6-2, 4-1.
What to watch: The Bulldogs have been on a roll of late, and waltzed past Berea, 28-9, as junior running back Jeremy Ortiz rushed for two touchdowns. Olmsted Falls will need continued good offensive and defensive line play because the Comets have also been hot - coming off a 27-7 victory over Brecksville - behind quarterback Alex Basinski, a threat to run and pass, and running back Charlie Davis. The defense is led by linebacker Tyler Glowacki, whom coach Kevin Fell says is an NCAA Division I caliber player, but junior Marty Thomas has been the team's busiest tackler.
PD pick: Olmsted Falls.
