CVCA vs Hoban

This was a battle of two very good basketball clubs. The Royals of CVCA came away with a 3 point victory. With it's great match up defense CVCA took a 10 point lead late in the 3rd only to see the Knights pressure defense force turnovers and get them to within 3 late in the game. The Royals battled and persevered down the stretch to come away with the 53-50 win. CVCA was led by senior guard, Bob Peters with 26 points and 6 steals. Caleb Kleibscheidel cleaned up on the glass grabbing a game high 8 boards. Senior, Alex Punka knocked down some key shots down the stretch to finish with 9 points. The Knights were led by senior guard DeAllen Jackson with 13 points.
